Founding member of WTG and primarily the site administrator, Steve has over 20 years combined military and law enforcement experience. Established the West Texas Gunfighters in 2004 as a training vehicle for tactical operations. Serves as Team Coordinator for the group. Steve is also an avid shooter, and can also be found hanging out at the Fort Bliss Rod and Gun Club as well.
In case anyone is actually wondering, I use the nick name Dull Spoon as a reference to a line in the movie Robin Hood - Prince of Thieves. In the movie, the Sheriff of Nottingham tells Robin Hood that he will cut out his heart with a dull spoon. When asked why a spoon and not an axe, he replies, because it is dull, and will hurt more, twit! I always thought it was a funny line, so I use the reference as a nickname when playing airsoft and in online games.
Spoooon! is also the battle cry of The Tick, my favorite cartoon character. |
